Service description
[sic] is an AI-powered forensic document analysis service operated by reflectAI.systems. You submit text or upload a document, pay a one-time fee, and receive a written analysis.
Not professional advice
The analysis you receive is generated by an AI system. It represents one possible interpretation and may contain errors, omissions, or miss important context. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, or any other professional guidance. Do not make significant decisions based solely on this analysis. Seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
No guarantee of accuracy
AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading output. While we use a multi-stage analysis pipeline designed to improve quality and catch errors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis.
Limitation of liability
reflectAI.systems accepts no liability for decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from the use of analysis output. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Acceptable use
Do not submit content that:
- Violates applicable law.
- Violates Anthropic's usage policies.
- Is submitted with the intent to cause harm to others.
Content that triggers automated safety filters will be rejected.
Content rejection and refunds
If your submission is rejected due to content policy, you will receive a refund minus payment processing fees (charged by Stripe) and any AI processing costs already incurred. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your analysis fails due to a technical error, we will either complete your analysis or issue a full refund within 24 hours.
Credit codes
If you stop a running analysis, you may receive a credit code for the unused portion of your payment. Credit codes are single-use, non-transferable to cash, and expire 12 months after issue. A credit code may be applied to a future analysis as a discount or full payment.
Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
